We are a growing company in urgent need of an experienced IT Generalist to take charge of our internal technology operations as we prepare to transition away from our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and bring our IT fully in-house. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has a strong technical background, and can confidently handle everything from infrastructure and user support to IT policy creation and strategic decisions.

Our Tech Stack:

OS: Windows 10 & Windows 11 (mixed environment)

Productivity: Microsoft Office 365

Cloud & Identity Management: Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory

Phone System: Migrating to RingCentral

Infrastructure: Cloud-first, with recently upgraded on-prem servers

Support Model: Currently supported by MSP (TeamLogic IT); transitioning to in-house IT

Financial Experience a PLUS!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and pass audits

Manage and support Microsoft Azure and Active Directory, including identity management, group policies, and permissions

Take ownership of all internal IT operations (hardware, software, networking, user support)

Work alongside leadership to phase out reliance on the MSP (TeamLogic IT)

Troubleshoot and support desktop systems (Windows 10 & 11), Office 365, network, and cloud services

Lead the modernization of IT infrastructure, including the rollout of RingCentral and cloud-based tools

Document system configurations, IT processes, and SOPs

Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and internal access control

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and scalability of our tech stack
