Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 2) to join our dynamic team in Saint Charles, Missouri .

For level 1 and 2 only, in locations where SPEEA representation applies, this job family will be covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.

Position Responsibilities:

Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

Provides limited feedback on assessment results

Support the organization to implement strategies and plans

Works under general supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

More than 1 year of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines

More than 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

More than 1 year of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $62,050 - $76,650
