Join Our Ambitious Team as a Sales Representative 1 in Carlsbad!

At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we're in search of a driven Sales Representative 1 to join our world-class team in Carlsbad. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of something exceptionally impactful, helping our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to determine their needs and provide flawless solutions.

Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed set targets.

Conduct market research to compete effectively and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a related industry or lab experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Science, or Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $41,000.00-$61,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
