Position Details:
Compensation & Growth:
Starting Salary: $60k-$70k (based on experience) during training.
Post-Training: Base subsidy plus commissions as you grow your territory and transition to 100% commission for unlimited earning potential.
Perks: Car allowance + mileage reimbursement through our CarData Program.
Schedule & Travel:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Travel: 80% driving within your assigned territory (Haverhill, MA + surrounding North Shore area).
Occasional travel to our Boston OpCo (Whitinsville, MA) for sales meetings and business needs.

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative position offers an exciting chance to fuel our company's growth. You'll oversee a broad array existing independent convenience stores customers, driving sales through our varied foodservice and convenience programs. Your role extends beyond maintaining existing customers; it involves tapping into new customers and forging strong business relationships. Job Responsibilities:
Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management, planning a sales approach customized with individual customers.
Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold-calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Educate the customer on convenience and foodservice programs, new product promotions, marketing policies, service, delivery specifics, and industry activities.
Review daily/weekly/monthly reports with the store manager and assist with any opportunities that may arise.
Minimizes accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follows-up on any problems.
Maintains awareness of pricing trends within sales territory, particularly for products, to ensure competitive pricing.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
Participate in relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Proven success with closing sales for a variety of product lines with B2B.
Proven and successful sales ledger travel & effective time management experience.
General knowledge of food safety standards including basic HACCP practice and cold-chain integrity, transporting of perishable foods, and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
Detail minded and organized, with an ability to work independently with little direction.
Strong communication and presentation skill set with a demonstrated ability to conduct professional, results driven customer presentations.
Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI.
Energetic and entrepreneurial spirit with competitive drive.
Sales professional with experience and track record of growing market share.
Proven success with relationship building and providing consultative services for customers.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Must own a reliable vehicle with valid driver's license, current auto insurance with a clean driving record.
Must have at least 2 years of sales, account management or business development experience.
