TEKsystems is currently supporting a manufacturing client in Swedesboro, NJ for a Service Administrator. This role will be supporting upper leadership and service managers with administrative responsibilities. Applicants with strong administrative planning and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive administrator to support our service and safety teams. This role combines administrative responsibilities with a focus on operational safety compliance, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety of our day-to-day operations.

Coordinate travel arrangements for service engineers, including hotel bookings, rental cars, and flight reservations

Manage technician calendars and organize service documentation

Process and manage customer service invoices, ensuring accurate records of transactions, interactions, comments, and complaints

Review and verify service receipts, expense reports, and service hours; maintain accurate data for accounting and HR purposes

Provide guidance on facility and engineering projects to ensure worker safety and compliance with legal standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and support safety workflows, regulations, and processes

Assist in maintaining and promoting operational safety programs across teams

Qualifications:

Strong administrative and customer service experience

Microsoft office skills

Experience supporting upper management and booking travel

Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Details:

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

Contract-to-hire opportunity

Fully on-site

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
