Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Marketing Operations Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Custom Catalog and Bin Label program. Responsible for working in Salesforce to address requests for custom catalog production, shipping, and QA products before sent out to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Support and fulfill sales tickets as they are entered into the system

Create custom catalogs in PDF format

Create bin labels

Order bin boxes

Print, bind, and mail custom catalogs to customers

HS Diploma

Detail-oriented and collaborative

Strong written communication skills

Intermediate in Adobe Acrobat

Intermediate in Microsoft Excel null
