The US Supply Chain Planning Manager role is responsible for US Supply Chain planning including new product launch planning, inventory planning and demand planning for the assigned portfolio within EP. This role manages EP US customer service, the US Demand IBP process and is responsible for attaining the US key performance indicators including forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), inventory (gross/net dollars, DOS), Slow Moving/Obsolete (SLOB), and customer service (OTIF / BO) for the EP business.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive supply chain activities for EP(US) including Demand planning, new product launch planning, and inventory planning
Responsible for attaining and driving improvements to US Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), inventory (gross/net dollars, DOS), Slow Moving/Obsolete (SLOB), and customer service (OTIF/BO)
Manage and support the overall EP US IBP process including supporting the US EP Executive IBP with senior management to communicate risks, opportunities, and scenarios while driving decisions to support business goals
Own US service and communicate service risks and actions to business partners as appropriate
Responsible for setting and achieving annual US inventory business plan ($ and DOS), setting safety stock levels, managing inventory tracking processes and reconciliation (i.e. actual vs. plan), and identifying/implementing inventory reduction opportunities for products in scope
Responsible for tracking US demand plan (IBP forecast) vs operations plan vs financial plan
Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight
Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, and Global teams leading cross functional/ virtual teams where required.
Analyzes gaps (financials, sales, inventory etc.) to drive alignment between business functions
Responsible for identifying and initiating planning scenarios to drive/support decision making through the process
Responsible for identifying and driving improvements of the IBP, demand, inventory processes, including planning and parameters. Understand impact of required changes
Provide clear leadership for associated IBP teams (e.g. Regional or local IBP teams)
Provide thought leadership and direction to peers through training and coaching
Provide leadership to a team of supply chain planning analysts by recruiting, training, mentoring, and rewarding for high levels of company contribution
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations). A Master's degree or MBA is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 6 years in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, network planning, IBP, business system implementation, and/or new product introductions is required
Experience in scenario planning is required
Proven track record of challenging the "status-quo", visualizing potential opportunities and implementing actions to build value
Proven analytical/quantitative skills are required
Attention to details and follow thru till completion is a must
Project management skills, with the ability to drive change and influence decision-making through multiple levels (Analyst, Manager, Director, Vice President) of the organization is required
Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
High sense of urgency, adaptable to meet rapidly changing priorities
Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies
Strong understanding of planning system functionality, planning parameters, net requirement inputs, and integration into supply chain processes
MRP, APS, and/or ERP systems experience is required. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of MRP concepts
Manugistics, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Access and/or SQL proficiency experience
High proficiency and advanced understanding in Microsoft Excel is required
Preferred:
People management experience is preferred
IBF or APICS certifications preferred
Other:
English Proficiency is required
10% domestic travel

100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual
