Description

Robert Half is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client's team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing clear and informative answers.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating more complex matters to senior team members when necessary.

Support Services: Assist customers with order processing, account updates, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting concerns with products or services.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system or database.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their questions or concerns have been resolved satisfactorily.

Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to coordinate resolutions for complex or cross-functional inquiries.

Retention: Focus on building lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (highly advantageous, but not required based on business needs).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email systems and CRM platforms.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations while providing exceptional service.
