We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role requires experience in managing complex electrical systems for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will report to the Electrical Division Manager and will be responsible for estimating, project setup, full-cycle project management, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Estimate and secure electrical projects in the commercial construction sector

Oversee project execution, from job setup to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction

Design-build according to NEC standards and electrical codes

Supervise and coordinate all project activities, including labor, materials, equipment, and tools

Select and manage subcontractors using standard agreements

Conduct job site surveys and attend project meetings as needed

Ensure projects comply with electrical, safety, and environmental codes

Respond to service calls and warranty issues promptly

Promote and maintain a safe, injury-free work environment

Manage project budgets, change orders, progress billings, and assist with payments

Qualifications

Experience working in healthcare required

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in electrical construction (required)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Experience with CAD (a plus)

Valid driver's license

Ideal Candidate Attributes

Strong knowledge of the electrical construction industry

Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Project, and electronic estimating software

Proficient with cost estimating programs

Customer-focused, results-driven, and competitive mindset

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and organizational abilities

Able to adapt quickly, work independently or as part of a team

Knowledgeable in administration, management, and customer service principles
