A community-focused nonprofit organization in Vista is seeking a dependable and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support their human resources department. This organization provides essential services to underserved populations and values compassion, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records and assist with document management

Support onboarding and orientation logistics for new hires

Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications

Assist with benefits enrollment and tracking

Help prepare HR reports and support compliance documentation

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or nonprofit settings

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
