This is a Construction Foreman position located in Shuqualak, MS.
Staffmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and coordinate on-site operations for a well-established construction team in Shuqualak, MS. Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
Supervise and direct construction crews on-site. Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure timely project execution. Enforce safety protocols and maintain quality control. Act as a communication bridge between the team and upper management. Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Construction Foreman or Lead. Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety standards. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage deadlines.
