The VP, Global Product Supply (Manufacturing) Finance will lead manufacturing financial operations for $4B+ cost base across multiple modalities (Small Molecule, Biologics, Cellular Therapy), across 12 sites.

Member of Global Business Unit LT, Lead financial business partner to Senior Vice President Global Business Unit and critical support partner for SVP Finance Global Product Development & Supply.
Member of GPS FLT, working with SVP Finance Global product Development & Supply
Sponsor & Co-Lead Finance of Future, within GPS, driving transformation/automation/standardization in collaboration with Hyderabad capability center
Significant matrix partnership and leadership across Tax, Treasury, Corporate, R&D and Commercial teams
Core Responsibilities
Financial Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of financial strategies focused on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency within the manufacturing network.
Financial Planning and Budgeting: Direct long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market dynamics.
Operational Efficiency: Implement cost control measures and process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs.
Risk Management: Develop and execute strategies to identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, maintaining robust internal controls.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
Collaboration with Manufacturing Leaders: Work with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to optimize production costs, inventory management.
Support for Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic manufacturing initiatives, including capacity expansion, process optimization, and technology integration.
Ensure strong control environment, timely accurate close, and ensure growth/margin/cash flow delivery across markets
Support enterprise strategy and assessment of business development opportunities
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team of over 50+ professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Transformation & Operational Controls
Lead role in GPS finance transformation/automation/organization, leverage Hyderabad and global capability centers
Enhanced analytics to accelerate LT insights, improve external messaging, and optimize enterprise planning/resources allocation
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; CFA/CPA and/or MBA preferred
20+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, and/or accounting positions with upward progression
Long tenure in roles within a GPS Finance organization is a requirement.
Strategic thinker who must be detail- oriented and have analytical problem- solving capabilities
Strong business partnering skills. Ability to build relationships / work effectively in a matrix organization
Excellent communication / presentation skills with the proven ability to present to senior management
Ability to deal with complexity and uncertainty while driving teams towards actionable decisions
Experience leading/managing global teams
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $ 274,470 - $332,600, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
