Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (Preferred: Michigan-based candidates)

Contract Type: Long-term, open-ended contract

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone (80%), chat, and email (20%) with inquiries related to reservations, orders, dealerships, service, and recalls.

Deliver exceptional customer service by taking ownership of each interaction and offering personalized, value-driven solutions.

Document post-case follow-ups and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Continuously improve customer satisfaction and efficiency by making thoughtful recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ years of high-volume call center or customer service experience.

Proven ability to handle large volumes of calls/cases daily (please include metrics on your resume).

Tech-savvy with solid computer navigation and typing proficiency.

Must have a quiet home office and high-speed internet.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Work Environment

Fully remote after 10 weeks of virtual training.

Equipment is provided

Candidates living within 50 minutes of Warren, MI may be eligible for direct hire and onsite opportunities.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts between 8 AM-12 AM EST (including weekends)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
