The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to, two Vice President's in Orthopaedics Supply Chain and their respective leadership teams. This position includes administrative duties and projects, requiring taking initiative and using sound judgment and discretion, independent assessment, and resolution of complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to, three Supply Chain Leaders and their respective leadership teams.
Complex calendar management including international and domestic travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
Process complex expense reports on behalf of Supply Chain Leaders.
Communicate with internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.
Partner closely with leadership to schedule and arrange team meetings (virtual and in person). Provide logistical support including technology, meals, room setup, agendas, meeting material /presentation portfolio, and provide onsite meeting support as needed. Support town halls or large group forums and Executive site visits.
Process international and domestic travel through Concur / AMEX Business Travel, prepare passport visa applications/renewals as necessary.
Maintain global supply chain distribution lists, manage Executive mailboxes, prepare and send global communications and organizational announcements as needed.
Build and maintain working relationships with the Global Orthopaedics Administrative team; provide backup support for other Administrative Assistants in Global Orthopaedics Supply Chain.
Purchase order processing for the Leaders and their respective organizations as requested.
Education:
A High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 6 or more years of advanced administrative experience or comparable business experience.
Experience supporting multiple Senior Director's or above.
Ability to anticipate executive needs and collect or prepare information for executive review/ action; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex, high-profile, and constantly evolving environment.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and critical thinking skills are required.
Demonstrates efficiency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating meetings and agendas across multiple time zones
Prior experience in a global role is required
Proficient with the use of current technology platforms, including MS Office Suite, One Drive, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Concur Travel & Expense, Ask GS, Workday, Our Source, e-Marketplace.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$51,450 - $80,000

This position is overtime eligible.
