The Peptamen brand is seeking a marketing manager with deep healthcare professional (HCP) expertise to elevate our peptide-based portfolio for patients with compromised GI function. The Peptamen Brand Manager plays a critical role in enabling data-informed growth by also leverages digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and ensure portfolio remains at the forefront of industry standards. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals, using technologies and analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

This position will be a hybrid role (2-3 days per week) based in our Bridgewater, NJ Headquarter office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the Brand Strategy: Craft and evolve the Peptamen brand plan to drive long-term growth and clinical relevance
Drive HCP Engagement: Develop campaigns, tools, and education platforms that resonate with dietitians, nurses, and prescribers
Shape Messaging & Positioning: Translate science into emotionally compelling and clinically credible communications
Lead Channel Activation: Guide brand behavior across omni-channel touchpoints-including Medical Hub, educational content, clinical decision tools, sampling, and institutional materials
Fuel Content & Storytelling: Develop materials that tell Peptamen's story through real patient outcomes, caregiver perspectives, and clinical proof
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Sales, R&D, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant, impactful execution
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
MBA with brand specialization preferred
5+ years in healthcare marketing-preferably with experience in medical nutrition, pharma, or health-focused CPG
Proven success marketing to HCPs and institutional decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies to improve outcomes. A strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace
Strong strategic and analytical acumen, with creative storytelling instincts
Comfort navigating clinical data, regulatory considerations, and emotional narratives

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000- $145,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
