Kyocera International, Inc. is hiring a Sales Account Manager at our Plymouth, MI facility for our Display Division! A Sales Account Manager supporting Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, helping to align LCD product offerings with customer needs, coordinating technical and commercial support, and ensuring smooth integration of solutions. The Sales Account Manager contributes to revenue targets by delivering value-driven solutions, resolving customer concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Pay Range - $105k to $123k per year (Actual base pay based on factors such as relevant experience, education, market, qualifications, and skills) GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for growing profitable sales and increasing market position by providing excellent customer service and support. This position will generate new business development and sell into existing customer base. This role will work in coordination with the one of the Nation's Largest Wireless Carriers, Kyocera Account Managers, Engineering, Solutions and Marketing Teams. This includes portfolio of devices, accessories, applications, services, and 3rd party partner offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will be expected to deliver game changing solutions that only Kyocera can, with ingenious solutions that connect people. Pioneering solutions that create an excellent customer experience. The role of the Account Manager is to develop technology solutions based on customer desired business outcomes. This role will work collaboratively with the account team to sell with, and directly to, our customers to enhance the experience.
