Summary You will serve as a Aircraft Machinist Work Leader in the Aviation Maint/Material Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will follow the approved programs of instruction (POI) and prepares training and provides OJT for each subject. You will make modifications to adapt material to new employees and current machinists. You will use prescribed texts, advance sheets, worksheets, technical and field manuals schematics, logic diagrams, and miscellaneous publications in preparation and conduct of the instruction. You will submit input and strives to improve instruction by executing different approaches and methods. You will diagnose trouble revealed by inspections and test.
