We're on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist for a one-month contract role, offering 20-40 hours per week of flexible, engaging work! What You'll Be Doing:

Take charge of processing invoices accurately and resolving discrepancies like a true AP detective!

Build strong relationships with vendors while answering all payment inquiries with finesse.

Ensure vendors are paid promptly, all while staying laser-focused on company compliance and policies.

Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to the general ledger with precision and care.

Assist with month-end closing tasks, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Generate insightful AP reports and support financial reporting processes that drive smarter decisions.

Step up during workflow peaks and keep everything running smoothly under tight deadlines.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

A proven track record in Accounts Payable (2+ years preferred) and the confidence to hit the ground running.

Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and the power-user mastery of Excel.

A sharp eye for detail, top-notch organizational skills, and a passion for meeting deadlines.

Strong problem-solving abilities paired with stellar communication skills-you know how to keep things moving!

Bonus if you have the following:

Human Resources experience

Payroll experience
