Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

accurate and timely reimbursement of Alro's vendors;

resolution of vendor disputes and issues;

processing incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner;

improvement of payables and receivables systems and processes;

internal mail room duties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

previous accounts payable and/or accounts receiveable experience;

experience with a 10 key;

experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;

the ability to meet deadlines;

the ability to multi-task;

excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

the ability to work well with other individuals.
