Novant Health Bariatric Solutions is looking for a compassionate, caring Ambulatory Advanced Practice Provider for our NEW Adolescent Weight Management Clinic - to provide non-surgical medically supervised weight loss and lifestyle management for our adolescent patients under the direction of our practice physicians.

Our specialists are committed to working with you and the rest of your care team to create a personalized treatment plan that is designed with you in mind. Our expert clinicians provide the latest treatments or management of medical oncology conditions as well as hematologic conditions.

Responsibilities

Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays 8:00am - 12:30pm

Location: Hawthorne and Ballentyne clinis (with possibe addition of other locations based on clinic growth)

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree Required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.

Experience: T hree years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in adolescent care.
