The Marketing Communications & People Engagement Business Partner is responsible for developing and delivering innovative internal and executive communications that inform, inspire, engage, and entertain our people, creating a greater sense of connection and belonging. This role will deliver on CEO communications and other key strategic programs.
In this role, you will work directly with our CEO comms team, cross-people engagement and other stakeholders. You will be a key member of the team, supporting the development and distribution of high-quality and high-value CEO communications-aligned to our strategy and business priorities and reinforcing Accenture's brand positioning in the marketplace. You will partner and deliver on other strategic programs -including bringing new technologies to how we work and management of CEO communications. You'll support CEO communications and programs across a variety of channels and activities.
Responsibilities include:
Working with CEO communications and cross Marketing + Communications (M+C) on CEO communications assets
Collaborating with M+C People Engagement Leads and program stakeholders to develop and implement plans and content that bring our messages and campaigns to life, resonating with target audiences across all relevant channels.
Working closely with M+C writers to develop content that aligns with the objectives of the communication strategy.
Leading the execution of the communication strategy.
Managing content and engagement on internal communication channels such as Microsoft Viva Engage.
Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of internal communications, utilizing data to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience
Preferred Qualifications
Internal communications or executive communications experience is a plus
Professional Skills Requirements:
Exceptional project management skills, helping to ensure communications initiatives are executed as planned in a global, matrixed environment.
Previous experience with developing integrated internal communications plans and execution.
Knowledge and expertise with editing and publishing in digital platforms (including MS Teams, MS Viva Engage, Wordpress. SharePoint)
Good presentation and oral communications skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
Demonstrated ability to work well 100% remote
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
