Who You Are
As a member of the Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, you'll be performing as a Data Analyst, Staff member.
What You Will Be Doing
This position is part of the Supply Chain Digital Transformation organization and reports to the manager of the Supply Chain Supplier Onboarding and Tools (citizen development) teams aligned to the senior manager of SCM Strategy, Process and Technology.
The successful candidate will drive standard work via citizen developed comprehensive technical solutions utilizing the IT supported Cloud Infrastructure to fully replace mandraulic processes to collect, aggregate, format, and present information and utilize Tableau for monitoring high activity and high usage projects at a large scale.
Successful candidate:
Must have strong inter-personal skills capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Will coordinate with internal Customers to enhance process automation and the reporting integrity for the Supply Chain organization.
Will lead and drive the creation of specifications based upon customer processes as well as create and enhance resources (workbooks, alerts, task flows, dashboards, etc.) within Tableau.
Will troubleshoot issues and provide solutions and data to assure achievement of customer requirements.
Collaborate with internal team and SCM customers to standardize these business processes and provide solutions that enable them.
Be responsible to leverage project management skills to drive the creation and execution of improvement plans.
Be able to be flexible and balance priorities to support goals and targets while providing the customer solutions in support of business decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree
Experience with business process analysis and solution design
Experience in reporting visualization utilizing Tableau software or similar
Experience in project management including effective change management
Experience with data analysis, mapping out process flows and identifying root cause (RCCA) of problem areas
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of SAP tables and technical fields
Knowledge of the SCM lifecycle
Understands impact of decisions on procurement processes
Ability to work in schedule-driven environment
Knowledge of databases, database relationships, interfaces, integration techniques, and query languages
Working knowledge of Aeronautics' procurement, quality and manufacturing systems a plus
Knowledge of formal project management methodologies and systems analysis tools, processes and methods
Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
