This position requires an employee to be onsite at 11615 State Avenue, Brainerd, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our Learning & Development (L&D) Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Learning & Development Support Liaison! This position provides administrative and logistical support for L&D coordinators, supervisors, managers and directors to help assure effective delivery of learning activities for DCT members throughout Minnesota.
Primary responsibilities include:
Create and maintain employee training records, reports for decision-makers, documentation regarding employee L&D opportunities and activities by effectively using the Learning Management System (LMS).
Provides administrative and logistics support for L&D activities including classes, new employee orientation and other activities sponsored or supported by DCT L&D department.
Track and monitor DCT L&D supplies, equipment, and license renewals to support budget planning and ensure timely procurement for ongoing projects and activities.

Customer services skills sufficient to provide information to staff and public, including phone calls and walk-in contacts in helpful and courteous manner.
Data entry skills sufficient to create database records and update entries or create and apply the basics of spreadsheets and supply/retrieve information in databases; work in Outlook calendars to schedule training sessions; high skills in Microsoft Suite of programs.
Database management skills sufficient to maintain database systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
English language skills sufficient to compose correspondence with accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation; and to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and general public.
Math skills sufficient to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate averages.
Spreadsheet skill sufficient to develop and modify basic spreadsheets, sort and extract data.
Typing/keyboarding skills sufficient to complete a variety of reports, letters and data entries.
Word processing skills sufficient to develop and modify a variety of correspondence, records, and reports; perform mail merges, develop forms and charts.
