We are hiring an Attorney Supervisor. This is a highly complex position that operates with considerable independence and must exercise discretion and judgement in evaluation cases.

Minimum Qualifications

Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice law plus four years of experience as a practicing attorney.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

Responsible for supervision of subordinate attorneys and management of cases requiring action to establish an order of support or paternity.

Serves as lead counsel in extremely complex litigation by preparing legal documents, conducing suits or hearings.

Identify problems and opportunities to improve services.

Acts as liaison between office staff.

Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment

Work Schedule: Typically, work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Flexible work schedules are available after meeting certain criteria and is dependent upon the position you are applying for. Some positions require working shifts.
