Order Picker Warehouse / Delivery Driver

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with yourhands, and being part of a fast-paced team? We're looking for a dependable and

detail-oriented Order Picker Warehouse / Delivery Driver to join our Rapid City location. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations

with delivery driving, offering variety and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations:

Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode or computer-based inventory systems.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing lists.

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.

Assist with inventory management by verifying stock numbers and organizing products by bin or sequence.

Prepare and stage products for inter-store transfers, customer pickups, and deliveries.

Delivery Driving:

Operate company delivery vehicles (including box trucks) to transport goods to customer locations or other stores.

Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Ensure timely and professional deliveries while adhering to DOT regulations.

Occasionally assist customers with loading purchases and answering basic inquiries.

Customer & Sales Support:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner.

Support the sales counter during busy periods by answering phones and helping with customer service.

Document and initiate freight claims for damaged or missing shipments.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience , preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment.

Familiarity with computer or barcode-driven inventory systems .

Forklift operation experience or certification .

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or use a dolly for loads up to 140 lbs .

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid DOT Medical Card (or willingness to obtain with company assistance).

Previous experience driving a box truck .

Willingness to work in both warehouse and driving roles as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46800.00 - $56160.00/yr.
