Description
We are seeking a technically skilled and solutions-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations in Oroville CA. This role will perform an array of functions that include shipping and receiving, processing incoming parts and materials, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety focused and committed to continuous improvement and team development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Utilize and comply with company and facility safety programs, processes, and procedures
Prepare orders by processing request and supply orders, pulling and consolidating materials, packing, placing orders in staging areas
Operate equipment: forklift, truck, telehandler
Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and free of clutter
Verify shipments against packing slips to confirm order completion
Perform cycle counts and complete inventory counts throughout the year
Adhere to company and site lock-out tag-out requirements
Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating effectively
Understand the importance of order accuracy for customer satisfaction
Maintain a professional and proper personal appearance following company policy
Perform all other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in warehouse management systems or similar software, and general computer use for data entry and tracking
3 years' experience related to crushing, screening, and heavy equipment parts/warehouse
Clean MVR (No more than 1 moving violation under the age of 25, and no more than 2 if over the age of 25)
