How you make a difference

The Administrative Assistant is the backbone of their assigned area, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations. This dynamic role includes maintaining database systems, managing office supplies, handling clerical tasks, and coordinating events-all while juggling a variety of responsibilities. With a strong understanding of facility policies and procedures, the Administrative Assistant uses innovative work methods to support the team and keep everything running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support : Assists facility leadership with daily operations, including general office tasks, maintaining files, typing correspondence, and tracking records/databases.

Meeting Documentation : Prepares, transcribes, and maintains meeting minutes, agendas, and other essential documentation.

Calendar Management : Manages calendars and schedules appointments for assigned leadership team members to ensure smooth operations.

Mail and Correspondence : Handles incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and routing correspondence efficiently.

Operational Coordination : Provides organizational support to ensure timely and accurate communication and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Required: One (1) year of clerical experience.

Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
