This role is for a leader who sets the tone, drives the culture, and helps every team member and customer experience the Atzenhoffer difference.

What Youll Do:

Recruit, train, and develop a strong, accountable sales team

Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set and exceed monthly volume and gross targets

Step in early on every deal greet customers, resolve questions, and help your team close effectively

Lead CRM execution and follow-up discipline with energy and consistency

Coach to the Atzenhoffer Blueprint sales process and hold your team to it

Build a team environment rooted in mutual respect, shared goals, and daily structure

Stay compliant with all legal regulations and reporting responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of proven success in automotive sales management

Strong grasp of desking, gross management, and deal structure

Knowledge of factory incentive programs, especially for GM, and Mitsubishi

Excellent communicator and team builder who leads with optimism and follow-through

Discipline, character, and a desire to lead by example not from behind a desk
