As a Security Professional - Patrol Unarmed in Columbus, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Sat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions within the location.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and/or client representatives.

What We're Looking For:

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
