Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity within the motor retail industry, offering the chance to showcase your accounting expertise and contribute to a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes to ensure timely communication and task completion.

Process cash applications accurately.

Utilize Salesforce for customer relationship management and related tasks.

Execute credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Perform various administrative tasks to support the Accounts Receivable team.

Maintain and update financial records with precision and efficiency.

Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel functionalities.

Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts receivable processes.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions.

Proficiency in Syspro or similar accounting software systems.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in accounting.

Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

Ability to handle billing functions, check processing, and cash activity with accuracy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving tasks and priorities.
