As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a premier hotel and resort location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort property, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances within the location.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established procedures.
Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to address guest concerns and/or security-related issues as they arise.
Assist with crowd control and/or access control during events or busy periods within the location.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid Guard Card is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
