About the Role:
Join our team as a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, based out of our Bentonville, AR (A St.) office. In this role, you will optimize supply chain performance by improving margins, driving revenue, and reducing inventory. You will lead root cause analysis, develop and implement effective solutions, and serve as a key liaison between supply chain, sales, and customers. This position involves presenting data-driven insights to drive alignment, utilizing LEAN principles to support continuous improvement, and leveraging advanced analytics and reporting to enhance business performance. Ideal candidates will bring strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritize and deliver value-added solutions that support growth objectives.
Analyze and interpret problems and opportunities to develop a deep understanding and effective solutions.
Present findings clearly to drive alignment, understanding, and informed decision-making.
Design tactical and strategic solutions that address business variability and deliver sustainable results.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles through the Joint Business Planning process (Assess, Build, Commit, Execute).
Serve as a key liaison between supply chain, merchandising, and sales teams.
Prepare, validate, and distribute scorecards and performance reports.
Apply advanced business practices, technology, and industry knowledge to influence strategy and decision-making.
Use strong analytical skills and creativity to address complex challenges and new situations.
Anticipate potential problems and emerging trends, assess risks and opportunities, and implement effective plans and solutions.

Important Details:
This is a full-time, hybrid role on first shift.
You'll fit right in if you have:
Bachelor's degree required; 2-3 years of related business experience, preferably in supply chain management or engineering.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership.
Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment, and supply chain practices.
Proven project management skills, including planning, estimating, and execution.
Executive-level communication and business case presentation abilities.
Advanced analytical skills with experience developing data-driven models.
Continuous improvement experience (LEAN preferred).
Track record of delivering high-quality results on time.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
Proficiency in Excel required, Power BI experience a plus.
Familiarity with RetailLink and OTIF processes preferred.
