Job Title: Office/Safety Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office/Safety Administrator to join our team in an automotive assembly plant setting, specifically within the paint department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including assisting with payroll, handling documentation, conducting safety tours, filing, scheduling, taking notes, attending meetings, and managing safety documents.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical and administrative support tasks.

Assist with payroll duties, including managing employee hours and timecards.

Handle documentation and ensure proper filing.

Conduct safety tours and manage safety documents.

Schedule meetings and appointments.

Take detailed notes during meetings and provide summaries.

Attend meetings and provide administrative support.

Essential Skills

Experience working in an automotive or industrial environment.

Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks.

Prior experience in handling documentation and conducting safety tours.

Experience in filing, scheduling, and note-taking.

Exposure to payroll clerk duties, including managing employee hours and timecards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior safety administrative experience.

Work Environment

The role is based in an automotive plant office setting. The environment requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
