Work location: Primarily remote and will office at 612 E Lamar blvd, Arlington Texas, 76011. There is required attendance in the office one day every other week (with the potential for that to increase or vary, depending on meetings and projects).

Work hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm

Here's What You Need

Bachelor's degree business, education, human resources, information technology or other relative field required

Masters degree preferred

5 years relevant work experience, including building and implementing strategic learning programs and/or designing curriculum required and

2 years hands-on experience with learning technology and platforms, including (but not limited to) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) preferred

What You Will Do

The Learning Shared Services Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of innovative training solutions using the latest learning technologies. This role collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), senior leaders, and other key stakeholders from across the enterprise to incorporate these learning technology solutions into new and existing training programs, enhancing overall learning outcomes so that Texas Health can better meet organizational goals. This role also operates as the key liaison between Texas Health and learning technology vendors that supply these innovative solutions.

Program Development, Delivery, and Management:

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, training owners, and other key stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify performance gaps, and implement learning solutions that incorporate innovative learning technologies

Establish and oversee project plans with detailed timelines, defining roles and responsibilities, setting deliverables, and managing activities.

Influence stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment to successfully implement learning programs

Align training content, methods, and processes with other learning initiatives within the company

Learning Administration:

Provide expertise in adult learning strategies and learning technologies to ensure the appropriate tools and platforms are leveraged

Collaborate with the Learning Design and Development team to build and sustain efficient processes for delivering engaging courses and programs

Stay current with emerging educational technologies that can improve learning outcomes and increase learner engagement at Texas Health.

Serve as a key liaison between Texas Health and innovative learning technology vendors

Performance Measurement:

Partner with SMEs and training owners to recommend strategies for measuring the impact as well as ROI of learning programs

Analyze learning outcomes data to recommend informed changes to learning programs and processes

Assist with setting goals and establishing metrics for training program success Other Duties:

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals of the Learning Shared Services team. This may include contributing to cross-functional initiatives, supporting the integration of new learning technologies, assisting with process improvements, and adapting to evolving business needs.
