Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts, on a contract basis. This role requires a proactive individual to provide essential office support during a busy period, ensuring smooth daily operations. The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent administrative services.

Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.

Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems.

Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities.

Support daily operations by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Maintain office supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability.

Collaborate with team members to address any administrative challenges effectively.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Deliver high-quality support during peak office periods, including vacation coverage.

Adapt to changing priorities and complete tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related role.

Proficiency in data entry and general office administration.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with receptionist duties and answering inbound calls.

Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Availability to work onsite in Andover, Massachusetts, for 30-40 hours per week. TalentMatch®
