Description We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Support specialist to join our team in City of Industry, California. This long-term contract role requires strong Excel skills and experience with Retail Link to effectively manage sales data, track inventory, and support the sales team. Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed sales reports and dashboards using Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools.

Navigate and utilize Retail Link to generate and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and forecasting.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and organizing documentation.

Monitor and track sales orders and inventory levels, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Collaborate with account managers, sales representatives, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve client satisfaction.

Resolve customer concerns related to orders, pricing, or product availability by leveraging data insights and tools.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting actionable insights to sales leadership.

Support the implementation of sales strategies by coordinating efforts across various departments and ensuring data accuracy. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.

Experience using Retail Link or similar vendor platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively support team collaboration and client interactions.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data management and reporting.

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Familiarity with order entry and inventory tracking systems.
