Job Description

Screen and respond to inquiries from regional Sales Managers and customers regarding prime equipment sales.

Provide standard pricebook product information to Sales Managers and customers aka providing quotas to customers

Serve as the primary liaison to Sales Managers by:

Providing updated order availability.

Sharing delivery information

Proactively reaching out to customers via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction

Data updating making sure customers are in the CRM and date is accurate

Helping to create sales campaigns to drive services and sales

Answer incoming phone calls as needed

Skills and Requirements

2 years sales support experience

Familiarity with a CRM system

Basic Microsoft suites knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)

2 years in sales support role

Excellent communication skills

Highly organized individual Sales experience from compressed air, rotating equipment, automotive, or heavy duty industrial equipment/machine industry null
