We are seeking a talentedMarketing Content Managerto join our team of nearly 500 employees. CCSI, a 32-year-old non-profit organization with deep roots in the Upstate New York Community, is undertaking an exciting and comprehensive rebranding effort and is looking for a dynamic and experiencedMarketing Content Managerto join our team. TheMarketing Content Managerhave the opportunity to help bring our new brand to life through creative design, collaboration on strategic marketing campaigns, and responsiveness to campaign analytics.
In coordination with the Director of Marketing and Communications, theMarketing Content Managerwill be responsible for telling CCSI's story through creative design and original content. This will include creating digital content consistent with the organizational brand and marketing plan, such as social media posts, website content, presentations, videos, and digital and printed collateral. TheMarketing Content Managerwill maintain a strong working knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies to grow audience engagement on digital platforms as a means of increasing awareness of the CCSI brand and interest in CCSI services.
In this role, you will
Assist in developing and implementing an annual marketing plan and content calendar.
Create and execute social media plan through ongoing content development and measuring audience engagement.
Maintain and monitor CCSI's social media brand, voice, and perception, and community.
Conduct competitive social media and content research, report content performance, and research emerging platforms to enhance online presence.
Generate ideas for and create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various platforms (blogs, website, videos, white papers, case studies, etc.)
In coordination with subject matter experts, produce content for digital marketing channels, including social media and the CCSI website, to support the overall marketing strategy.
Capture photos and video for events.
Create graphic design templates for the organization including brochures, social posts, newsletters, emails, business cards, presentations, flyers, signage, etc.
Provide design support for marketing campaigns and special projects, including the CCSI annual report.
Manage vendors.
Monitor digital media performance and optimize results.

Perform other related activities as assigned.
Requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or graphic design.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
Advanced graphic design skills demonstrating a portfolio of work in print and digital media.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Ad platforms, video editing software, data analytics and organic and paid social media management tools and software.
Experience working with marketing automation systems, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems.
Knowledge of the latest web technologies and digital trends.
Effective project and time management skills.
Effective understanding/use of latest technologies and online forums to advance brand.
Desire to continually learn about and implement new ideas and industry best practice.
High-performing, innovative attitude.
Required for this position are:
Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.

Salary Description
$68,000 to $72,000/year
