Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

This is a pivotal role for an organized and creative marketer who can support our department's strategic initiatives while driving partner engagement, campaign performance, and channel ownership. You'll help elevate our purpose-built loan program through tactical execution, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional coordination with clients, dealerships, and bank partners.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to produce creative content for digital, print, and partner platforms-including product flyers, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Track campaign metrics and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future strategy.

Channel & Content Ownership

Own day-to-day social media management, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Execute the creative coordination for partner-related content, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.

Maintain and evolve content on the website, blog, and partner-facing materials.

Bank Partners

Coordinate marketing initiatives with current and prospective bank partners to support distribution.

Organize bank-focused events, communications, and promotional activities to drive engagement and relationship-building.

Maintain schedules and materials for bank presentations, sponsorships, and event activations.

Event & Tradeshow Support

Assist in the execution of high-visibility events, supporting booth planning, logistics, and occasionally, on-site coordination.

Manage post-event follow-up and performance recaps.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in automotive, financial services, or performance-driven environments.

Solid understanding of social media strategy, digital marketing best practices, and marketing funnel principles.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, CFMS platforms, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing systems.

Proven ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and writing skills, with a knack for turning insights into engaging content.

Creative eye for visuals and copy, plus the ability to collaborate with designers and vendors on execution.

Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
