Entry Level Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with homeowners to understand their renovation needs, and guiding them through the sales process. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping customers improve their homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Outreach

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on warm leads.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business.

Qualify leads and schedule in-home or virtual consultations.

Customer Engagement

Build rapport with homeowners to understand their renovation goals.

Present home improvement services in a clear, compelling manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and project timelines.

Sales Process Execution

Guide prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the CRM system.

Collaborate with field sales representatives and project managers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
