Warehouse Technician

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

Supports the inventory of network hardware

Maintains LAN, WLAN, or Voice inventory in accordance with specified requirements.

Performs Network IMACD work for customer, based on ticket requests.

Provides consultation, support and guidance to clients on IMACD issues/questions.

Participates in network team efforts to ensure DXC meets client needs.

Basic Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Warehouse operations and associated activities

1-3 years of experience with networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)

Cisco Systems familiarity

Knowledge of industrial networking an asset

ServiceNow experience preferred

Task management
Change management
Problem management

Experience working with financial billing systems

Experience working with network hardware

Other Qualifications

Skilled in time, priority, and task management

Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good organizational skills related to management of warehouse assets

Certification to operate a forklift is preferred
