Client Intake Coordinator

The Client Intake Coordinator daily duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Perform conflict checks Obtain conflict sign offs and waiver letters, and other required approvals per policy guidelines Create new clients and matters in Aderant system Matter maintenance and scanning (reopen matters, address changes, matter title changes, rate changes, etc.) Engagement letter management Maintain conflict database and rebuild conflict indexer

Other duties:

Train new legal assistants on new matter (Hotdocs) and conflict search procedures Assists with other accounting projects as time allows

Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or in a relevant discipline preferred or in combination with relevant experience. Must be PC proficient Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Capable of handling confidential information Ability to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
