We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Administrative Coordinator to support our Maintenance Department. This role combines administrative expertise with hands-on inventory management in a warehousing-style environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, with occasional team interaction, and will play a key role in organizing and maintaining our parts inventory system using QR codes and the Limble CMMS platform.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Maxton, NC

Pay Range: $16/hourly

Administrative Support:

Perform data entry and maintain existing Excel and Word spreadsheets.

Modify and update inventory spreadsheets as needed.

Generate reports and assist with documentation related to inventory and maintenance operations.

System Utilization:

Use Limble CMMS (cloud-based, plug-and-play system) for inventory tracking and updates.

Ensure accurate and timely input of data into Limble and other administrative systems.

General Duties:

May occasionally enter production areas; appropriate PPE (safety shoes, gloves) required.

Communicate with team members during morning check-ins and work independently throughout the day.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Experience in inventory management or a warehousing environment preferred.

Familiarity with QR code systems and CMMS platforms (Limble experience a plus).

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable with light physical tasks such as labeling bins and handling inventory.
