Description We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Greer, South Carolina. This role focuses on managing personal lines within the insurance sector and requires a proactive individual who excels at building strong client relationships and coordinating sales efforts. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal lines accounts within the insurance sector, ensuring client needs are met effectively.

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and exceptional service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for business growth.

Handle B2B sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals to meet company objectives.

Monitor account performance and address any issues to maintain client satisfaction.

Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account histories.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements - Proven experience in account management, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong expertise in personal lines insurance.

Demonstrated success in B2B and inside sales.

Ability to handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management.
