Accounts Payable Analyst

TekSystems is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable analyst in the Rockville area, this position will be HYBRID!

MUST HAVE: 3 years of AP experience, and experience processing invoices!

Description

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Experience processing invoices in an automated system using OCR

Experience processing invoices against purchase orders

Experience with uploading templates into AP system

Experience with reviewing and processing expense reports

Excellent organization and time management skills

Strong communication skills

Strong analytical skills for problem solving

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Workday Financials a plus

Experience with Auditoria a plus

Experience with AI driven AP Help Desk software a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must be able to work onsite in Rockville office 3 days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
