About the Role:

As a CBRE Account Operations Sr. Coordinator, you will execute advanced operational processes for work order management and service partner follow-up.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You'll Do:

Work with customers, service providers, and employees performing complex routine and non-routine activities.

Assist large clients to achieve objectives. This includes coordinating processes, controls, cost, information, communications, and quality.

Assign maintenance repair work orders in a timely manner. This includes dispatching, scheduling, and completing post-service activities.

Review and prioritize open work orders for follow-up.

Conduct periodic weekly calls with clients to review the status of projects and work orders.

Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements and resolve any escalated challenges, issues, or new opportunities.

Monitor conflicting reports to validate accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve.

Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.

Evaluate and select solutions from established options.

Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.

Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) with 2-3 years of job-related experience.

An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.

Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.

Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors todeterminecompensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Account Coordinator positionis $50,000annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Account Coordinator position is$50,000annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidatewill depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
