Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking an Engineering - Non Degreed I to join their team. As an Engineering - Non Degreed I, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical device instruments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering - Non Degreed I

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: 21/hr on w2

What's the Job?

Perform testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment.

Participate in mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures.

Maintain accurate records to ensure quality documents are precise and traceable.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

What's Needed?

Experience with electronic assembly and testing in the medical device industry preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalency is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

2 or more years of experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing.

Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
