A manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village is looking for a permanent Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This is a family feel environment that promotes from within. The role involves determining customer needs, providing specialized information, assisting with orders, and ensuring services are secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Order management, production follow-up, and shipment scheduling

Managing revisions, accruals, and EDI order processes

Maintaining customer-specific systems and portals

Diagnosing customer issues and recommending solutions

Performing office support functions, including phone backup and

message handling

Ensuring confidentiality and working under deadlines

UPS shipping of samples/documents and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent with specialized training in

customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and order-processing systems

3+ years of customer service experience with consumer products

Interpersonal skills, grammar checking, filing, detail perception,

reading comprehension, operating software, and general math
