Including, but not limited to, product inspection, bottle loading, palletizing, cleaning, organizing, and stocking. Comply with all standard safety practices, Company rules and policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for the food industry. Ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment. Perform other job-related tasks as required. This is a snapshot of the core functions and responsibilities. High school diploma or GED required with interest in science and/or manufacturing. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food plant manufacturing environment is preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is helpful, not required. Strong knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP), and food safety preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability. Maintains a positive outlook and able to work cross-functionally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Exhibits adaptability in working hours and demonstrates the ability to collaborate with all team members. Prolonged periods of time on your feet rotating to various workstations within the manufacturing floor. Night shift and overtime are required with occasional weekend shifts. Noise level is usually moderate. PPE is required on the production floor.
