Assembler Line Worker

Job Duties

Assemble various mechanical parts of shallow water anchors using hand and power tools.

Work within individual stand-up workstations.

Manually lift pallets or workstations for assembly.

Perform quality checks on products and parts.

Inspect and measure machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.

Count and assemble kits for other components.

Wrap and box components.

Clean machined parts, such as drill tables and drill presses.

Tend to machines and equipment other than machine tools.

Utilize pneumatic drills, screwdrivers, staple gun and presses as well as hand tools like screwdrivers and hammers.

Essential Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience with assembly (mechanical or electrical).

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Ability to follow instructions and understand basic blueprints.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift.

Understanding of safety protocols within manufacturing.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and cross-train.

Capability to lift 30-50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Work Environment and Shift

Work in a climate-controlled facility with approximately 120 people across administrative, assembly, and warehouse departments.

Monday - Friday

7AM - 4PM

Must be open to OT as needed which will be during weekday. Weekends not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
